How it works · The eight-stage process

Current phase: AI-assisted, human-reviewed

From raw data to one disciplined decision.

Every Win More Wagers decision runs through the same eight stages — a modern, Computer Group-inspired workflow where no single opinion controls the outcome. Up to seven fully vetted value wagers per week, and sometimes none.

Educational software — not a promise of profit. Most bettors lose money over time and no outcome is guaranteed. Adults 21+ only. Responsible betting.

Collect it. Challenge it. Decide it.

Thousands of lines go in. Most never become a wager. What does is explained, priced, sized and graded in public.

The pipeline

Eight stages. One verdict.

Each stage has a named owner and a defined output, so a decision can be traced from the first data point to the postgame audit.

  • 1

    Collect

    Output

Timestamped source data with freshness and reliability status

    Data Engine

Odds, schedules, injuries, weather, lineups, results and historical prices are gathered into one snapshot. If a price or an injury report is missing, it stays missing — nothing is invented to fill the gap.

  • 2

    Project

    Output

Independent fair line, score, total and outcome probabilities

    Quant Modeler · Sport Specialist

We build our own number before trusting the market narrative. The projection is structured data, kept separate from any written explanation.

  • 3

    Adjust

    Output

Quantified injury, rest, travel, weather, venue and matchup changes

    Injury Analyst · Sport Specialist

Context is turned into numbers where it can be, and flagged as an assumption where it cannot. Facts, estimates, assumptions and unknowns are labeled differently.

  • 4

    Compare

    Output

Model probability vs. implied and no-vig market probability

    Market Analyst · Price Analyst

The edge is the gap between our probability and the no-vig market probability — not the raw price. We also look for the best available price and how far it can move before the wager stops being worth it.

  • 5

    Challenge

    Output

    Contrarian review and uncertainty haircut

    Contrarian Reviewer

A dedicated analyst writes the strongest case against the wager. An edge that does not survive the review, or is too uncertain, is cut down or passed.

  • 6

    Decide

    Output

Bet now, wait, monitor, or pass

Willy Walters · fictional AI analyst

One of four verdicts, explained in plain English: the price and edge first, the team narrative second. “Pass” is said as comfortably as “bet now.”

  • 7

    Size

    Output

Conservative stake under hard exposure limits

    Risk Manager

Fractional Kelly may guide the stake, but hard caps and uncertainty adjustments override it. Correlated positions are treated as one exposure.

  • 8

    Audit

    Output

Result, closing line, CLV, error classification and a learning note

    Performance Auditor

Every recommendation is graded at the price we published and compared with the closing line. Wins and losses are reviewed for process, not just outcome.

The modern Computer Group

Specialists that argue before they agree.

The operation is modeled on the Computer Group idea: roles collect data, build independent numbers, challenge the edge, control risk and audit performance. Today these roles are AI-assisted and human-reviewed.

Data Engine

Odds, schedules, injuries, weather, lineups, results, historical prices

Quant Modeler

Independent spread, total, moneyline and prop probabilities

Sport Specialist

Matchups, tactics, coaching, personnel and context

Injury Analyst

Availability probabilities and quantified player impact

Market Analyst

Open, current and close; sharp-market signals; liquidity and timing

Price Analyst

Best book, alternate lines, key numbers and maximum juice

Contrarian Reviewer

The strongest case against the proposed wager

Risk Manager

Stake, exposure, correlation and bankroll protection

Willy Walters

Final verdict and plain-English explanation (fictional AI persona)

Performance Auditor

CLV, ROI, calibration, drawdown and model-version review

Disclosure: fictional AI personaWilly Walters is a fictional AI betting analyst created by Win More Wagers. The character is inspired by publicly documented sports-betting principles, including disciplined modeling, value analysis, line shopping, and bankroll management. From verdict to record

What happens after the decision.

After the verdict

Four verdicts — and the price decides which one.

A good opinion at a bad price is still a pass. Once a wager is published, price, injury and lineup changes are monitored against its cancel condition, and a stale or invalidated price can no longer be labeled “bet now.”

  • Bet now Qualified value exists and the price may deteriorate.
  • Wait A potential wager, but timing favors patience.
  • Monitor Critical information is still unresolved.
  • Pass Not enough edge, a poor price, high uncertainty or a bad market structure.

Stage 8 · Audit

Graded at the price we published.

Closing-line value compares the price we published with the final market price. It is a process measure, not a promise of profit, and it is read alongside ROI, calibration and drawdown, with a date range and sample size every time.

  • Every recommendation is timestamped with its exact available price
  • Published losses are never deleted; corrections stay visible
  • Backtests are never combined with live results

One view of the market

Every book’s price, side by side.

Prices differ from book to book and move through the day. The market view will line them up, show where the money is concentrated, and let Willy explain the reasoning. Everything shown is a made-up sample.

Fictional teams, players and sportsbooks. Prices and amounts are invented. This view will show information to support your own decision; it does not tell you what to bet and cannot promise any result.

Honest about the phase

What is manual today, and what becomes software.

The brand and data model are built as software from day one. Some steps are still done by people, and we say so.

Current phase: AI-assisted, human-reviewed

Today

Semi-manual, so each step can later be automated.

  • IngestStaff record the observed price, book and time in an admin form.
  • ModelModel output from a spreadsheet or script is entered as structured numbers.
  • ReviewAI-assisted drafts are reviewed by a person and saved with the data snapshot.
  • PublishDecisions are published by hand; the original line is preserved and every change is logged.
  • MonitorPrices and injuries are checked manually, and invalidation is a manual action.
  • GradeResults are graded by hand at the published line.

How it works FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What runs today, what comes later, and what we will never promise.

01Is any of this automated today?

Not fully. The current phase is AI-assisted and human-reviewed: some steps are done by people and some by software, and the plan is to automate each one only after it works reliably and can be audited.

02Does every game get a recommendation?

No. Most games never qualify. We publish up to seven fully vetted value wagers per week and sometimes none, because “pass” is a valid outcome.

03Who makes the final call?

Willy Walters, a fictional AI analyst created by Win More Wagers, delivers the verdict and the plain-English explanation. He is a character, not a real person, and the numbers behind him come from a documented process.

04Can this process guarantee wins?

No. Probabilities are estimates, estimates can be wrong, and any wager can lose. Most bettors lose money over time. The goal is disciplined decisions, honest records and clear risk — not certainty.

05Is there a track record yet?

Not yet. Our record starts at launch. It will show every published recommendation, graded at the price we published, with a date range, sample size and methodology.
